The concierge team made this stay especially easy. They arranged my ski lessons and organized all the equipment, so everything went smoothly and without stress. The whole staff were friendly, professional, and consistently helpful. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

The staff are what truly make this feel like a five-star hotel. The whole team is coordinated, professional, and genuinely caring. Cleanliness is impeccable throughout, and the spa is comfortable, relaxing, and well maintained. Breakfast also fully lives up to five-star expectations. Transfers run strictly on schedule, but they have to be booked in advance, which is a minor inconvenience. Once arranged, the service is excellent. The young staff help guests in and out, look after their shoes, and take care of everything in a friendly, attentive way. The concierge deserves special thanks for helping with absolutely everything, from buying ski passes to handling our other requests. There was a small misunderstanding about a birthday gift. We first thought it was complimentary, but it turned out to be chargeable. Reception cancelled the charge immediately when we mentioned it, and the staff handled the matter very professionally. Some parts of the hotel could use renovation, and our room was occasionally a little cool, but those points faded beside the very positive impression left by the team. Andorra and the resort itself are also wonderful. We would wholeheartedly recommend both, and the experience has definitely made us want to return and recommend this hotel to others.

The views and peaceful atmosphere were incredible, and every part of our birthday celebration with the whole family felt special. The staff were exceptional, as were the facilities and food. It was a perfect stay in the heart of Andorra, and we’ll absolutely come back. Without a doubt, it’s the best place to stay in Andorra.

It’s hard to believe this hotel is in the city centre when you’re looking out onto the garden. The rooms are huge and comfortable, even if they feel a little dated, and the beds are massive and perfect for a good night’s sleep. Reception were very friendly and helpful, and it’s great that everyone speaks Catalan. We also ate at La Pergola in the gardens. The food and service were excellent. The Pavlova, Canelo XL, and filet are especially worth mentioning. Highly recommended.
