Hotel del Pui by Nexta

Christina at reception welcomed us like family and was extremely helpful with parking and driving to the peaks. The hotel room had an exceptional view, and the ski lift was only one minute away. Our room was large and very clean, with a good-sized bathroom and a big shower with excellent water pressure. It was cleaned every day and the towels were replaced daily. We stayed half board. Breakfast offered hot food as well as continental choices, and the coffee was EXCELLENT. I also loved the water with mint and melon. Dinner changed every night, which I preferred to a repetitive buffet. Everyone on the staff, including the breakfast and dinner teams, was friendly, smiling, and helpful. Will I return? ABSOLUTELY. We stayed as a group of 9 after booking through WeSki, and check-in was smooth even with all of us. Sylvie was a star, though every staff member was incredibly friendly. The rooms were warm, spacious, comfortable, and had great balcony views. The beds were very comfy, and the showers had strong water pressure. Breakfast was included and simple but nice, and the New Year cookies left in our room were a thoughtful treat. The locked ski storage made it easy to collect our things before heading out, and the ski lift was literally a 1 minute walk around the corner. The hotel is central in the town. The only fault was that the bar was closed. We'd happily rebook if we visit the area again.

The gondola to Pal Arinsal ski resort is only a short walk from Hotel Del Pui, which gives it an amazing central location in La Massana Andorra. Our room was clean and practical, with a balcony view of the mountain/gondala that was great for after ski drinks. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to improve our experience. Thank you to everyone at hotel Del Pui, we'll definitely stay again.

The hotel is excellent value for its location, cleanliness, and modern rooms. It's only a two minute walk to the gondola, with a very cheap supermarket next door compared to the Alps. My single room was small as expected but modern and clean, with a comfortable bed, a pillow that was rarely comfortable, a powerful hot shower, and provided shower gel and shampoo. It was cleaned every day, and all the staff were polite. I travelled room only, but paid €10 for breakfast a few times. It was OK, and the coffee was good. I also used the room leaflet's QR code to order pizza delivery, payable by card or cash. I'd stay again and choose half board next time.
