The restaurant was the highlight, especially on HB, with excellent food quality and plenty of variety. The hotel has a comfortable feel, and the reception team were consistently friendly and helpful. Skiers will also appreciate the shuttle, which makes reaching the slopes simple and stress-free. Highly recommended.

The spacious rooms, good location, and attractive views are definite positives, although I would call this a three-star hotel rather than a four-star one. Communication was difficult because most staff spoke little English, while the evening team spoke none. We asked twice for a second blanket and the request still wasn't understood. We also weren't told at check-in that shuttle places for the ski area had to be booked ahead, and only got seats because someone cancelled. Breakfast was underwhelming, with cucumbers and tomatoes that looked old. The photos also make the property seem more impressive than it feels in person.

The view was wonderful, and the room was both clean and very pleasant. Everyone on the staff was polite and friendly, even while we kept asking questions, and they helped us with everything. We had an amazing stay and hope to see you again!!! Many thanks.

The staff made this place feel like a hidden gem. They were patient and quick to reply when I contacted them several times before arriving, and their spoken English was excellent. There was a small problem with my drop-off at the ski location, but they helped again even while I was panicking. The food was somewhere between okay and amazing, but definitely good enough. I didn't go out, so I can't say much about reaching places other than the ski areas, and I'm not sure the town is walkable. I'll definitely return.

I spent four days here on a ski trip and mostly stayed in the hotel. The facilities are good, the hotel is comfortable, and the staff are amazing. The location was okay, although I didn't go into town. Food quality varied from just okay to fantastic. I'll come back at some point.
