10/10
The location and staff are the real strengths here. Eldo was great, and the restaurant team and cleaning staff were amazing too. The food is filling and high in calories, so it gives you plenty of fuel for the slopes. Some people might call the hotel average, but I thought it was much better than that.

8/10
The staff were brilliant and consistently helpful. Rooms are somewhat dated, but they were very clean, the beds comfortable, and the bathrooms nice. A skibus stops directly outside. Dinner was great, though breakfast could use more variety, such as fruit, vegetables, and wholegrain muesli instead of some pastries. Larger tea mugs, a guest-accessible kettle or water boiler at reception, and better coffee would also improve things.

8/10
The hotel is conveniently placed, with a free skibus and the lift reachable after a few bus stops. Space is the main problem, since the rooms, ski room, and garage were all tiny. On busy days we had to wait for a dinner table, and serving dinner at 9pm felt too late. There were also many noisy guests talking loudly, while the walls between rooms offered almost no sound insulation.

The staff were very nice, and the hotel is right beside the ski bus. The food was lovely, and they made a good effort to accommodate different diets.

A small, welcoming hotel with friendly staff and really good food.
