Hotel Bruxelles

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a rustic style we really liked. Breakfast was a nice continental spread, while the evening menu offered plenty of choice. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful when we needed anything. We stayed over Christmas and enjoyed the whole visit from beginning to end, so we’d happily return.

The dining room has a relaxed, welcoming feel, and the staff are attentive, friendly, and clearly care about the food. We liked the meals so much that we ate at Hotel Brussels twice in three days and planned another visit before leaving. After a long day in the mountains, the generous portions and well-cooked dishes were exactly what we wanted. We tried four other restaurants nearby, and Hotel Brussels compared very well with them. It isn’t a Michelin-starred restaurant, but it serves honest, flavorful food made with care. A special thank you to the manager, who was an absolute gem and arranged Christmas dinner for us at very short notice. That kindness made our holiday feel even more special. Dining at Hotel Brussels added a lot to our stay in Soldeu and made the hotel feel welcoming and homelike. Highly recommended. Merci

We were a group of nine, and every meal was excellent. The staff were warm and attentive, the food was beautifully prepared, and the value for money was great. We’ll definitely be back.

The views are great, and the food was good apart from the server’s attitude. If European food with a French attitude appeals to you, you probably won’t be disappointed. Just be careful with the latte and cappuccino, as they arrive covered in whipped cream for some reason.
