Hotel Naudi Boutique Adults Only

My room at Hotel Naudi was quiet, spacious, and well arranged, with a King bed on a high floor and a mountain view. The hotel is well maintained, and the staff are both friendly and professional. The walk to the ski locker and gondola building takes less than five minutes, and renting equipment from Sports Calbo there was easy. They looked after my gluten and dairy allergies well at the one dinner I had in the hotel. Breakfast was less successful, though. Nothing was labeled, and GF bread arrived on only 2 of the 3 mornings. The beds and room were good, and I loved Andorra, especially its friendly people, skiing, and views.

Ghalil took excellent care of us during cocktail hour and our meals, and deserves a special mention. My husband and I were part of a group of six, and we enjoyed everything about the place, from the convenient position near the slopes to the excellent food and drink service.

The gondola is only a short walk away, which makes the location very convenient. The rooms were very nice, although they could have offered a little more space. Service was friendly overall, but breakfast was slow and not especially attentive.

Jorge and the reception girls practically organized my whole trip, which was a huge help because it was my first ski holiday and I had endless questions. Everyone worked incredibly hard to make sure we were cared for, and they regularly went above and beyond. The hotel itself is stunning, easily my favorite after staying in 100’s of 5 star hotels. Ghalil and the restaurant and bar team were amazing too. I’d return just for Ghalil, whose friendly character and advice about the area added such a lovely personal touch. Thank you to everyone who made the stay so perfect.
