The riverside setting is attractive, the colonial-style building has charm, and access with parking is convenient. Unfortunately, the apartment is dated and poorly maintained. The faucet was loose, hot water ran out after three showers, and we couldn't control the heating. The beds, sofas, and blankets were old and uncomfortable. The receptionist was polite, but the general attitude felt unwelcoming and centered on strict rules instead of the guest experience. Check-out was very early and there was no flexibility. We were made to return to the room twice simply to fold a blanket, even though it was already clean. He also contacted traffic police, which led to us receiving a fine. The location has potential, but the worn facilities and lack of hospitality affected the stay badly.

The apartment's only real advantage is its location, a short drive from Tarter and Soldeu. Even for a brief stay, I would strongly avoid this property. The room was unbelievably cold. We are from northern Europe and know how to deal with low temperatures, but we shivered through the nights despite the receptionist explaining how to maximize the heating and giving us an extra heater. There was no duvet, only stained sheets and unwashed woolen blankets that weren't enough. The sofa bed was old and uncomfortable, so it wasn't suitable for a good night's sleep. The bunk beds were extremely creaky whenever anyone moved. The low price doesn't make up for these problems.

Avoid this place, even if it were free. Everything felt old and heavily used, there was no sound insulation, and we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. WiFi was available only at reception, not in the rooms. The staff were extremely unfriendly, there was no hot water, and there seemed to be no one available to speak with. They even wrote the credit card details by hand on paper, which makes a data leak feel like only a matter of time. One of the worst hotels in Andorra.
