The rooms are a decent size, and the kitchen setup was genuinely useful, especially the oven and fridge freezer. The location is practical, and the price felt fair.

They run a shuttle, which makes this a great base for skiing in Soldeu. El Tarter is less convenient with skis, though, unless you’re okay with a roughly 20-minute walk.

The included breakfast and dinner were a real bonus, and the staff were great for the price. One thing I noticed was that I could sometimes hear the neighbors talking and sighing while using the bathroom.

This worked well for our family of four. It was quiet, warm, and had the basics for a few days, with a good location. I would definitely come back. The ski storage is advertised, but nobody explained where it was or how to get in. The garage is narrow, although we managed to park a GLC on level -2 with some careful maneuvering. I also would have liked hangers for the Cecotec ultra-portable dryer and a slightly bigger rack for drying and warming ski clothes.

Our stay was a very bad experience because of the service. We had repeated issues with the parking spaces, cleaning, and rooms. At the end, they interfered with our apartment, took away dishes, and left rubbish outside so they would not have to give back our deposit. We also saw some fish on the lower level.
