The location was good, but I wouldn’t stay here again. The building looks attractive from outside, while the inside feels extremely dated, and the staff were only average rather than warm or welcoming. The room was the main problem. The Airbnb photos make it look fresh and modern, but the reality was very different. The door was open when we arrived, and there was a powerful chemical smell, almost like bleach. A machine was running to “purify” the air, which was unsettling rather than reassuring. We had to leave the windows wide open to breathe, despite it being 0 degrees outside. The hotel needs much better cleaning and more honest listing photos.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, the best I’ve seen in the EU, and easily worth the price. Our room was small but quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The hotel is only steps from the famous Pyrenees Department Store, and we received a 10% off coupon for it at check-in. It’s excellent value in a great location, and I’d gladly stay again.

The rooms were clean, although somewhat dated, and the location was nice. The hotel advertises parking, but there was no space on the night we stayed. They also seemed unconcerned that one of us had a broken leg and couldn’t walk. The room information says “snack all day, kitchen open 13-22:45”, yet when we called at 18:30, we were told the kitchen was closed. These are small issues, but the staff appeared indifferent to them.

This is a reasonably priced hotel in the middle of Andorra Viella. The rooms are clean and modern, and the reception service is friendly. They also provide discounts at many local stores and for parking across the street.
