Hotel Insitu Eurotel Andorra

The room smelled of urine, although a girl at the hotel had no issue offering to move us, which was the hotel's one advantage. The place clearly needs repairs and doesn't look like the photos. It feels as if the owners are saving money on everything, and that is the main problem. I don't understand the positive reviews. I attached pictures.

The staff made this stay especially easy. Miriam and her colleague welcomed us in the evening, while Natàlia and her teammate were kind and professional during breakfast and helped with whatever we needed. We chose Insitu Hotel for a skiing weekend because we wanted reasonably quick access to the slopes without being beside a resort, while still having places to walk around Andorra la Vella. The main drawback was sleeping comfort. Both the bed and pillows were disappointing, and the room stayed too warm. Turning the radiator off made it too cold, while small adjustments to the dial did nothing.

I’m local, but I needed somewhere to get away from the construction in my building for a few days. This hotel was great value, especially on weekdays, and I enjoyed the stay a lot. The cleaning ladies are the real stars. The rooms are bright, clean, and well maintained, with mountain views from the back rooms. It’s quiet and feels safe, about a 10-minute walk from the heart of Andorra. The young reception ladies are always cheerful and ready to help. Breakfast costs 12 euros and includes cereals, cold cuts, cheese, and hot food made to order. The breakfast area is spotless and looks toward the mountains. Moltes Gracies a Tots.

The location is the only thing I liked. The rooms are extremely dated and look dirty, and there’s no air conditioning. Breakfast was awkward too. You tell a woman at the counter what you want from the buffet, and a line forms very quickly because she clearly can’t manage the setup well. I really wish I’d known how bad it was before booking. I focused on the price and Google reviews, but the lesson is to read more than just the positive ones. I would never consider staying here again.
