The room had an extraordinary view, with the Valira river flowing right beside the window. You could hear the river constantly, and there was even a place to sit next to it and eat. The hospitality was good as well. Staff spoke limited English, a little French and Spanish, and Catalan, but they made an effort to answer questions about the city and solve problems. There was visible dust on the walls, and hot water took some patience. The receptionist told me to leave the tap running for five minutes, and that did eventually work. The TV functioned, although I had to ask reception specially for the remote. Breakfast was weak, with one croissant, cake left from the previous day, and no real choice. Weekday prices in Andorre la Veille are low and weekends are more expensive. I booked at Siracusa for 22, 5€. For the amount paid, it was still a budget-friendly stay.

It's an older place, but it was clean and the receptionist was nice. The hotel is close to the center and the main shopping streets, so it's a practical choice if you're mostly out during the day and only need somewhere to shower and sleep. Good for the price.

The location was good and the hotel was both clean and very cheap. The gentleman at reception was especially caring and cheerful, and he even offered us a cake with his morning coffee. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.

The staff were very friendly and the rest of the stay was good, but the bed was so flimsy that it was uncomfortable.
