Yomo Mola Park

We were completely happy with the hotel and had nothing negative to mention. The setting beside the caldea spa was excellent, with the shopping area only 5-10 minutes away on foot. The hotel was clean, the staff were very nice, and the food was amazing. We also enjoyed the quiet surroundings and beautiful view, and felt truly relaxed there.

Being right beside the SPA Caldea was very convenient. Our room was large enough for backpack travelers, and although the furniture was no longer new, everything was clean. A small fridge was provided, along with one free pack of chips and bottles of water. The mountain view was lovely. Breakfast had plenty of options, though the buffet became a little crowded. At 109€ at the beginning of August, we were very happy with the value.

What stood out most was how peaceful Yomo Park Hotel was at night. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and roomy, and I had everything I needed for an easy, relaxing stay. The location made things especially convenient. It’s in the middle of the city, near shops and restaurants, within walking distance of many main attractions, and literally opposite Caldea spa. It’s also a handy base for exploring the rest of Andorra. Breakfast was fresh and had plenty of choice. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful the whole time, so I felt looked after. I had a fantastic stay at Yomo Park Hotel and would happily come back or recommend it to anyone visiting Andorra.

The location is probably the hotel’s main advantage. It’s within walking distance of pretty much everywhere, which was convenient. The rest felt far below what I’d expect from a place advertised as four stars. The hotel is dated, and the room had no iron, slippers, or robe. You can request an iron, apparently, but that still doesn’t feel like four-star service. The room temperature couldn’t really be adjusted either. The air conditioning, which also works as heating, was simply on or off, with the temperature and other settings locked. I ended up opening the window, which faced the street, so every passing car could be heard. The walls were obviously very thin. I could hear the neighbour snoring, shouting at the kids, and even what he’d had for dinner. The advertised streaming service, something like Netflix, didn’t work because the TV wasn’t online and nobody seemed to have dealt with it. I could have put up with some of this if the price hadn’t been 295 EUR per night.
