8/10
For skiing, the location is the strongest point. The hotel sits literally across from the Canillo gondola, so getting up and down the mountain is very convenient, and the ski room is useful for storing equipment. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant team, who were consistently kind and attentive. The rooms are quite basic. My bed wasn't very comfortable, the bathroom was small and awkwardly designed, and although the room was tidied every day, the cleanliness wasn't especially high. The food also became repetitive and was far from healthy or high-quality. We stayed for 7 nights on a half-board basis. The location and staff were good, but the rooms and meals need improvement.

The lifts are really close, which was very convenient. The staff were super kind, and the spa was clean and pleasant, with a sauna, Turkish bath, cold room, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. You have to reserve a one-hour slot ahead of time. It is small, but the number of people allowed in each slot suits the space well. Food quality was the weaker point, since it could be a little inconsistent.

My room was spacious, comfortable, and had a very good bed, so I slept well. The first-floor view was the only small drawback, though it did not really bother me. I also enjoyed the spa, especially the adults-only period after 17, which made it feel very relaxing. A few children were still there until around 17h30 during my visit, but that was fine. Breakfast came with my offer and had plenty of good-quality buffet choices. The front desk staff were particularly kind and helpful, and they clearly seemed to enjoy their work. I had a great stay and would happily return.

The location is excellent and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. I liked the rooms and found the service very good too. The food was the one part that did not always suit my taste.

The food had a good range and was good quality, and the staff were extremely helpful. It was also only a short walk to the telecabin. Great hotel. 💯
