The location is the only real positive. Everything else felt far below what I’d expect from a 4* hotel, especially considering the price. The building is old, and it seems to be managed by people who haven’t kept up with current standards. Our room was very small, with a window facing an interior area. If you opened it, you could see the person sleeping in the next room. There was no sound isolation and no privacy, while the temperature couldn’t be adjusted properly. When we asked to change rooms, the answer was simply no, with no attempt at a cordial or polite conversation. Breakfast was okay but nothing special, and the orange juice sometimes seemed to be “adjusted” with water. Parking was also very expensive, 20€ per day for a public car park that can be accessed for half the price through a specific app if you check online. Definitely not a 4* experience.

The hotel is in a great location, and we were very satisfied with the breakfast. The main problem was the bathroom, which had not been cleaned properly and still contained loads of hair from previous guests. I complained at the front desk, and they reacted quickly by arranging additional cleaning. Apart from that mishap, the stay was good enough for me to give the hotel 4 stars.

The food was the highlight by far. I’ve never had such delicious hotel food, and the chef and team deserve compliments. Every day brought an amazing 3-course menu, and we were surprised each time. 10/10. The hotel is also right in town, with shops and malls directly outside. The staff were very kind and friendly, and I highly recommend this hotel.

After coming directly from a 4 star hotel in Barcelona, this place felt outdated and nowhere close to the same standard. I’d rate it as a mediocre 3 star at most, definitely not a 4 star.

The location is the one good thing, but there are many better places. The rooms are too small, the bathroom smells really bad, and there’s no reception number to call from the room, so you have to go downstairs whenever you need to speak to someone. The staff were mostly unhelpful. The two men did not help us at all, while only the lady was helpful. This hotel isn’t worth 4 stars, and I don’t recommend staying here.
