Hotel Panda

Anda at reception was so welcoming that the hotel immediately felt like home. Everything was extremely clean, and the Spanish steps are only a few minutes away, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. This is a wonderful place, and I would gladly come back every time.

The staff really made this stay. At check-in they gave us lots of useful information, found us lift passes cheaper than the official price, and arranged a good deal on an underground car park. We could also leave our skis and boots at the hotel, although later we stored them at the bottom of the lifts instead. Our basic, slightly old-fashioned room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was a very generous continental spread. We chose the hotel because the price was good and were delighted with it. Well done Panda Hotel!!

The food was excellent and the staff were very accommodating, which made for a great first day. Reception was a little slow, but everyone was otherwise attentive. Our room was clean and had a nice bathroom, though there wasn't much storage for ski gear.

This hotel is better than it looks on booking.com and in the photos. It was clean and warm, good value, and the lift prices were helpful. The reception staff were genuinely nice and very helpful. Ben, the owner, made check-in easy and answered our questions quickly before we travelled, which gave us peace of mind. I'll definitely try to stay here when I return to the resort. Thanks.
