The location is the main attraction, close to the main avenue, shopping centres, and plenty of restaurants. Although Hotel Le Fontes has an old-fashioned building and rooms, everything was comfortable and well maintained. It’s a family-run place. The owner seemed a little short on patience but was kind-hearted, while her very polite son served us breakfast. The meal was simple, tasty, and filling. Since this is a two-star hotel, some of the negative reviews seem to expect standards more suitable for a four-star hotel or higher. We travelled from Barcelona airport on an AndBus company bus, changed to a van at the bus terminal, and were dropped directly at the hotel. On the return day, the same van collected us at the agreed time from the hotel door and took us back to Barcelona. I recommend Hotel Le Fontes and would stay there again in the future.

This is a cozy, budget-friendly hotel rather than a luxurious one, and the staff are genuinely very nice. The attendant took time to tell me about places I could see and visit. My room was pleasant and a little girly, so I’m sure a female partner or children would like it. I’d return mainly because of the attendant’s hospitality.

A simple, clean room in a rustic bed and breakfast style place, right in the centre and much cheaper than other options. The only drawback was the limited desk coverage. The owner, the guy at the desk, isn’t there until 2 apart from breakfast and leaves at 8:30, so there’s no help available if you need someone.

We chose Hotel les fronts because it welcomes dogs, and we had our 2 dogs with us. The location is central, the price was very affordable, and the room was clean and nice, with a decent view from the window. It was a little noisy at night, but for what we paid, we were happy and would stay again.

The only real positives were the low price and central location. Otherwise, the rooms were dark, the furniture dated, and the staff rude and unfriendly. Reception shuts at 9 pm, and the parking is tight and inconvenient.
