Alex handled our unexpected early arrival brilliantly and made the whole situation easy for us. Everyone was welcoming and accommodating, and the service was excellent throughout. The rooms were roomy, clean, and very comfortable, especially considering the price. We’d gladly stay here again.

The apartments are large and come with the basic amenities, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. What let the place down was the cleaning. There was animal hair all over our floor, and the chairs were covered in it too, so we couldn’t use them.

The restaurant serves generous portions of good food at reasonable prices, and the staff make the hotel feel wonderfully homely. Five stars are deserved, although even that doesn’t really express how fantastic the staff were.

We had a good duplex room, plenty of free parking, and an excellent location. The reception team was kind and helpful. The main drawbacks were the lack of a fan or air conditioning, no room service or towel changes during our 4 days, and traffic noise through much of the night in a road-facing room. In hot weather, we had to leave all the windows open.

We were satisfied overall, especially with the helpful staff, comfortable beds, and the scenic path right beside the hotel. The pool was a problem, though, because it was shared with around a hundred campers next door and became far too crowded. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with only butter knives and nothing suitable for cutting vegetables. Guests also have to clean it and remove the trash or pay extra fees. The sofa bed wasn’t comfortable for teens or older people.
