The place felt completely neglected. There was dog mess throughout the building, a horrible smell, a dirty room floor, a blocked sink, and a strong tobacco odor. Even the sheets didn’t smell clean. What a disappointment. I wouldn’t stay there again, especially when there are much better options in the area for the same price.

The apartment, Block 7, Apartment 6, was spacious, modern, fully furnished, and ready when we arrived. It had everything we could need and incredible views. Melinda also made our arrival easy, even though check-in was outside her working hours, and welcomed us very warmly. The setting is beautiful, with nature all around, a river below, and hiking paths where children and pets can go. Wildlife moves freely through the area. We stayed for a few days as part of our family holiday and felt so at home that we’re returning in October. Thank you for treating us like family. The González Fernández family and our dogs

Our apartment was cleaner than many hotels we’ve stayed in, and the mountain view we requested was breathtaking. It came with kitchenware, towels, soap, and pillows in different sizes. The location was especially useful for us, about 13 minutes from Andorra la Vella, and the town itself is lovely, with shops, traditional restaurants, and beautiful scenery. Booking through the app was easy once we got used to it. We paid a little over €1000 for ten days in August, which felt worthwhile. We’d happily return and recommend it.

The mountain and river views are beautiful, and the location is excellent. The place was very comfortable, and the staff were genuinely friendly.
