We enjoyed our second stay, with welcoming staff, a good-sized room, and bathtubs in both rooms we had. The small spa has limited capacity, which makes it a relaxing place to use. Breakfast was pleasant and varied. The only real issue was the beds on this visit, which were saggy and clearly need upgrading.

The restaurant has plenty of healthy choices, the bar is nice, and the staff are extremely helpful, thanks Diego! Families are well catered for, with a kids room, sweets for children on arrival, and even a bottle of cava for adults 😉. The hotel became a little crowded when groups arrived, though the staff really tried to smooth things over. Still an amazing hotel.

One of the reception girls went out of her way to get flowers for my wife from another city and drove there herself. That kind of helpful, responsive service stood out. The rooms were clean and cosy, the SPA had an excellent professional massage, and breakfast and dinner were great. One of my best stays so far.

The location is excellent and the value for the price is very good. Lots of thoughtful details made the stay pleasant, and the huge buffet had everything needed for several active days nearby. I'd definitely recommend it to families, and we'll visit again.

The children loved the spacious, spotless family suites, especially the ones with themed bunk rooms. Staff were exceptionally friendly, and the generous breakfast buffet was fresh and beautiful. Adults could find some peace in the spa, playroom, and wellness area while the little ones stayed busy. Access to Palau de Gel was included, along with babysitting and kids activities. Perfect for a summer family holiday and highly recommended.
