We were a group of ten drivers traveling for work, and the hotel looked after us very well. When we arrived, a very friendly and helpful Mexican lady at reception welcomed us warmly. The place was clean, cozy, and inviting. Since it is high up, we could not reach it by car, but after we called, the receptionist came down in a bus and collected all of us. That thoughtful service was greatly appreciated. Breakfast the next morning was very tasty and got the day off to a good start. We were very satisfied with the stay and grateful for the staff's hospitality and kindness.

The hotel was spotless and breakfast was very good, but the service really made the stay. A young woman from Mexico was fantastic, helping us reach the hotel and taking care of all the arrangements efficiently. She was capable, warm, and genuinely welcoming. Her way of looking after guests is the establishment's greatest strength. Highly recommended, with lots of love from Poland.

The room had a lovely view and, although it was a little tight for four people, we managed comfortably for five days. The food was among the best we've had at a resort hotel, and Mariel, Alondra and Ricky in the restaurant were top notch. Everyone, from reception and the restaurant to the shuttle staff, was lovely. A holiday we'll remember.

The breakfast, especially the omelette station, was one of the best parts of our stay at the Roc Meler. We also enjoyed the on-site irish bar, where the service was good, the food was typical bar fare but rather fatty, and the pool table gave us a reason to stay longer. Our room overlooked the valley of Canillo and was nicely appointed. The gym and spa were pleasant, with a pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna, and worth the extra cost for relaxing. The gym was well equipped despite being small. Even though it was between seasons, we could use all the facilities except the restaurant. Staff looked after us from arrival through departure, and there was nothing significant to complain about. We'd certainly stay again if we return to Andorra.

After long days on the slopes, the facilities at Hotel Roc Meler were especially enjoyable. We stayed with our family in December 2025, booked two rooms, and found everything clean, comfortable, and well organized. The food was a major highlight, with very good quality and plenty of choice. We had a great experience and would gladly return or recommend it to other families visiting Andorra.
