We originally planned to stay for nine days, but ended up staying fifteen. The hotel has an excellent atmosphere, with friendly and welcoming staff throughout. Its location is about 7 km from a ski resort, and the views over the snowy mountains are fantastic. Dinner was especially impressive, with lots of variety and choice. The chef was probably one of the best I’ve experienced, and I’m not exaggerating. Thanks to the director and the whole team for making it such a special stay. We’ll definitely return.

The restaurant was really good and not expensive at all. Sadly, the air conditioning in our room, 504, didn’t work, and the manager didn’t seem to care. Luckily, we were only there for one night.

The dinner menu was delicious, and the staff were lovely. The facilities were excellent, including the spa. Getting to the slopes by car took about ten minutes, with plenty of parking, and there’s a shuttle bus too. One of our best hotel stays for a ski weekend.

The staff are always helpful, and the rooms are comfortable with spacious bathrooms. There’s no air conditioning, only heaters for winter, so rooms can become a little hot at night in summer or before winter, even when it’s cold outside. The hotel is in El Serrat. Vegetarian and vegan choices in the restaurant are very limited, with both groups largely being served sliced vegetables and fruit. The desserts, though, are excellent.

After a day in the mountains, I stopped here for lunch and had a really beautiful meal. It was very reasonably priced, and the food was mouthwatering, tasty, and nicely presented. The staff were brilliant, friendly, and well-spoken. For €21, the lunch menu included a starter, main course, and dessert.
