The accommodation offers good value, with comfortable beds, full bathrooms, strong water pressure, and a large hot water tank. Storage is plentiful and the kitchen is well equipped. Its position is excellent, opposite good restaurants and a large supermarket, and close to both the gondola and Tarter ski lift. The entrance is less inviting. Guests regularly leave papers and rubbish on the ground, and it seems the no-smoking rule is being ignored. The tobacco smell is noticeable, possibly coming through the ventilation between floors. Is there a way to remove it?

The experience was below expectations. During the heatwave, the very small room became hard to tolerate because there was no air conditioning. Leaving the window open brought a lot of noise from people walking past. The parking was already difficult to locate and the signs were poor. We were also asked for a €200 deposit without an inventory check beforehand. No sheets were supplied, and there was no coffee, despite both being indicated on Booking.com.

This is a quiet, pleasant aparthotel in a convenient location, though the property could use some updating. There is paid parking directly outside and the price is reasonable, with a very good restaurant across the street. The entrance can be hard to locate, and the keys must be collected about 300m farther along the road.

The apartments are functional and perfectly suitable for a stay of a few days. Their location is excellent.
