Everything was spotless, and the apartment was comfortable and well cared for. The large garage space was a real bonus, and the funicular is only 50 meters away. The one downside is that noise carries quite easily through the neighbors' walls.

We were five people and had enough hot water, even though the heater is electric, because we obviously weren't leaving the tap running for two hours. The power stayed on with multiple appliances, and the Wi-Fi caused us no problems either, despite the negative reviews mentioning both issues. So it was fine for us, just very expensive.
