The biggest weakness was the pillows, which were extremely thin. We managed by using all four, but light sleepers should probably bring their own earplugs too, since the walls are a little thin. Andrea at reception was lovely and really helpful, and covered parking is available for 10E per day or night, around half of what other places charge. The room itself is basic and somewhat dated, but it has what you need and was comfortable for the two of us. A family might find it cramped. The shower was hot with plenty of pressure, and the TV had Netflix, youtube and other apps. Our internet worked very well, although we were directly above reception, so we can't speak for the rest of the hotel. I had been nervous after reading the earlier reviews, but we had a great stay and I'd happily come back. The ski lifts are only 100m away, with bars, restaurants, pharmacies and super markets just a few minutes on foot. Pas de la Casa is small, so everything is close. It's not luxury, but it worked really well if you're not too fussy :))
