Our family of four had a warm, comfortable stay in a modern hotel with a mountain-style look. The room had four small beds and two bathrooms, which worked well for us after long days skiing. The hotel is in the pas de la casa sector and town, roughly a five-minute walk from the ski lifts. From there, the góndolas go up to the pistes. Marcela, Veronica, and Gilma deserve special mention for leading the excellent breakfast service and keeping everything in order. The hotel felt recently built and very modern, and it was an ideal base for a winter ski holiday. Thank you hotel focus!!!!!

Natalya at reception was especially helpful when a third-party booking caused a problem. She was friendly, accommodating, and did everything she could to sort out our needs. The hotel itself was superbly renovated and very well maintained, with service that felt like amazing value compared with other hotels at the same price. I have high standards and have travelled to more than 70 countries, so I know good service when I see it. I really couldn't recommend this place enough. It is certainly a gem in Andorra.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the lift and to places such as Sol and Paddy’s, with plenty of food choices nearby. Our room was modern too. Natalia at reception was particularly helpful with activities, directions, and bookings. A hotel worth visiting.

The rooms were pleasant, the staff lovely, and breakfast was great. In Pas de la Casa terms, reaching the slopes does involve a fairly long walk, but I would still book this hotel again.
