Apartaments Caribou

The staff were incredibly friendly, entertaining, and helpful. You can even print your ski pass at the hotel, which saves a lot of time. Our room was clean, with daily bed changes and fresh towels. Breakfast had a good selection.

Hotel Caribou was excellent value, and we hope to return. Its location is ideal for skiing, only a short walk from the slopes, while the nearby parking garage has useful multi-day discounts. The rooms were modern, cozy, and well equipped. Bathrobes and slippers were a nice extra touch. Breakfast tasted good and offered plenty of choice, although the hot food could have been warmer. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and even helped us extend the stay when weather delays affected our plans.

Our Andorra snowboarding trip was made even better by staying at hotel caribou. The place was very clean, the staff were amazing, and breakfast had exactly the right selection in the morning. Anyone considering staying in pas should seriously think about this hotel. Thanks again caribou for making the trip perfect.

The team at the Caribou made my stay feel effortless. Laura at reception was a genuinely kind person, and Augusto was just as willing to help. In fact, everyone brought good energy and was ready to assist. I've worked in business all my life, so I know how much good people matter, and without them a hotel is nothing. The location and experience were both great, despite what some of the one-star reviews say. A big thank you to the whole team, and perhaps I'll see you next season. Best wishes JJ
