The staff were very nice, and both breakfast and the buffet service were quite good. We were traveling as a family for a ski trip, with two adults, a 5yr old, and a 1yr old. The room felt a little small once we brought in all the cold-weather clothes for four people, but that was the main issue.

For over 300 Euro a night, I expected a comfortable bed, since that’s what I’m paying for, a place to sleep. Instead, it felt like sleeping on a piece of board. I ended up using the sofa bed because it was more comfortable. The pillows were old and uncomfortable too. This was the worst bed I’ve ever slept on, absolutely disgusting.

The staff’s kindness was the best part of this hotel. Many thanks to Cristina and Solange for their attention and cheerful attitude. Great hotel.

Novotel Andorra was rewarding overall. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the attentive service continued throughout our stay. Its location near the city center was perfect, with convenient private parking as an added benefit. After exploring the city, we tried the spa. It was quite overcrowded, but still a nice place to visit. For Andorra, this hotel felt like a benchmark for quality.

The location couldn’t be better, and the room was clean. Staff were warm and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was my favorite part, and we had a wonderful time at the hotel.
