We returned for a second year because the price and location are both great, the rooms are clean, and the staff are very friendly. I accidentally left my fleece behind, but they called to tell me and sent it to my home address. That was amazing customer service.

The rooms are quite small, so they are really only suited to sleeping rather than spending much time in. Still, the location is good and the place does what it needs to.

The location is convenient, but the apartment was much shabbier than in previous years and poorly insulated. The fridge kept moving out of place, the shower head holder would not stay fixed, and even the dustpan was broken. There was no towel rack, and the apartment itself was tiny.

For us, the biggest advantage was how close everything was. The slopes were about 50 metres away, the equipment rental shop was literally 10 metres away, and there was a supermarket nearby that opened very early, including Sundays. The hotel also provided free lockers, with lots of bars and restaurants around it. We were a cheerful group of 20 and only needed hot showers and decent sleep, so the basic, dated rooms suited us. The rooms are small, WiFi is limited to reception and the cafeteria, and noise travels easily. A few of us used earplugs and slept fine. The staff were lovely and even stored our huge amount of luggage after checkout on our final skiing day. For someone who wants simple accommodation right by the slopes, with everything nearby, it offers good value. We hope to return next year.
