Altissim Chalets

The apartment itself was okay, but several extra conditions made the stay unsatisfactory. The WiFi was shared throughout the building, became extremely slow when many people were online, and disconnected every 10 minutes. Towels cost 3€ each and were not free, in my opinion. At the end, we had to return them personally to the office, along with all the apartment sheets. We were also told to clean the apartment ourselves or pay 30€ for cleaning. Since there were no cleaning products or tools, that was not really a choice, especially as cleaning is usually included in the rent. For these reasons, I wasn't satisfied with the stay.

There were some positive points, including courteous staff and good access to the piste, but the condition of some apartments was dangerous. Tiles were broken, paint was peeling from the walls, plugs were hanging out of sockets, and furniture was broken. The boiler was leaking or malfunctioning, there was no carbon monoxide or smoke alarm, and the sound insulation was poor. Beware.

We enjoyed our summer stay in the El Tarter flat. Whenever something came up, there was a quick response and follow-up, with clear attention to making sure the customer had a good stay.

No one should be staying in this accommodation until it has been properly cleaned and the sofa bed and bunk bed are replaced. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, damaged, stained, and unsafe, while the bunk bed was broken. Good rest isn't possible here.
