Our fourth-floor room was spotless and tidy, with a large bathroom and plenty of coat hangers. The staff were professional and very attentive. The buffet had excellent food, with good salads, fruit, and meat choices. It was worth waiting for dishes to be replenished, and the four-star rating makes sense. Tip: we brought a travel kettle, tea bags, coffee, and creamer because we like a hot drink in the morning.

The hotel is central to everything in Pas, and the location worked perfectly. The room was large, with a walk-in area for ski, boarding, and clothing storage. The separate locker entrance to the left of reception was thoughtfully arranged and never crowded. Half-board included breakfast until 10 am and dinner from 7:00 to 10:30pm. Both the food and service were class, with a great selection. My only complaint was paying £3 for a large bottle of water, since coffee, milk, and juices were free and I expected water to be included. If you're choosing a hotel, do yourself a favour and book here. It really stands out in the area, and the spa facilities are brilliant.

For skiing in Pas de la Casa, this hotel is in a very convenient spot, just a few minutes from the lifts and close to restaurants, bars, rental shops, and convenience stores. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the breakfast buffet very good. The drawback is the price. The room rate is very high, and the hotel's services and level of luxury don't really match it.

The access to the beach via the elevator is the main reason to stay here, and the location is unbelievable. Rooms are clean but small and need updating. Most of the staff are kind, although the manager and owner should improve their attitude and customer service.
