After hiking around the lake, we had some of the best food we've eaten in Andorra. The hot dishes were delicious, especially the grilled lamb and the slow cooked porc cheeks.

Touristy locations often have disappointing restaurants, but this place is a great exception. The food was genuinely good.

The setting is almost dreamlike, surrounded by mountains and forests with a lake right beside the hotel. Finding a place with this much warmth and personal service nowadays feels like discovering a treasure. The facilities were comfortable, the breakfast and meals were impeccable, and the restaurant deserves a 10/10. I especially want to mention the staff's hospitality, because I haven't felt this welcome at a hotel in a long time. Imma at reception gave magnificent service, and I can't thank her enough. I wholeheartedly recommend it and expect to return many times.
