Apartamentos Pas Luxury 3000

I would not recommend this place. Cleanliness was the biggest problem, with sticky floors and chairs and blankets covered in lint from earlier guests. The apartment was only partly equipped, there was no coffee maker, and the pans did not work with the induction hob. The bunk beds were squeezed into the living room beside the kitchen and sofa bed, and they moved far too much. The staff were unfriendly, and we were made to clean the kitchen before leaving, as though little cleaning had been done otherwise. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT unless being surrounded by dirt does not bother you.

The location, warmth, and general cleanliness were pretty good, but the beds were awful. They were extremely uncomfortable and made far too much noise whenever anyone turned over, so I will leave the implications there. The blankets were also very old and worn because there were no duvets.

Four of us had only three blankets, there was no ceiling light, and charging four phones meant unplugging the floor lamp, TV, and other things. I had to move the bed just to connect my charger. The room also came with instructions to refold used blankets into the closet, while used sheets were to go in the bathtub, with a warning that the deposit could be charged otherwise. Somehow my original Samsung charger had been replaced by a celularline one, even though we had locked the apartment and nobody should have entered. If they could enter to do that, they could also have left the missing blanket we reported. The stay began badly, with two hours outside in 2°C weather waiting for the keys, and the heating was off when we finally reached the apartment. Inside, the bin still contained rubbish from previous guests, the bathtub was dirty, the shower curtain was falling down, and a chair was coming apart. The two main beds were extra beds with legs bending inward, while dust fell from the top bunk whenever the person above moved. We ended up putting the mattresses on the floor. We will not return and do not recommend it. I cannot give a lower rating because it is impossible.

The one worthwhile feature is how close the apartments are to the slopes. Everything else was disappointing. There was fluff everywhere, even on the blankets, and the staff were far from friendly. The kitchen equipment was poor, with utensils that could not be used on the induction hob, no coffee maker, and nothing for washing up. The bathroom was acceptable but too small for so many guests, while the bunk beds moved constantly. Arrivals after 11 p.m. also cost an extra fee depending on the time. There is no Wi-Fi.
