The hotel is family owned and operated, and it made our stay in Pas de la Casa feel especially welcoming. Before we even arrived, the staff contacted us to ask whether we needed any help, which was kind and unexpected. Everything was very clean, the customer service was phenomenal, and breakfast was amazing. The ski lifts are only a short walk away. My partner and I would definitely recommend this place.

Josep and his lovely family made me feel completely at home and welcomed me so warmly. Breakfast was amazing, especially the bacon and bread fresh from the fireplace grill. Thank you so much!

This family run hotel offers great value, with lovely hosts and a fantastic breakfast. It was clearly better value than the other options nearby.

The host Joseph was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the hotel itself was spotlessly clean. Its central location meant we were about five minutes from the lifts and close to bars and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent, with toast and bacon cooked to order over an open fire, plus plenty of fresh fruit and pastries. Booking both an apartment for my wife and me and a twin room for our two sons gave us the best of both worlds. After 30 years of skiing, this is the best accommodation we've found, and we'll be recommending it to friends and family.
