Hotel Les Neus

Les Neus gave us fantastic value and went beyond what we expected. The staff were all absolutely 5-star, and the facilities and service felt the same. Breakfast had lots of variety and was delicious, while the restaurant was excellent. Booking directly through the hotel's website also included an afternoon snack, a very nice extra. Our reservation came with snowboard and ski equipment, which made the trip much easier, and we received a discount on the forfaits for Grandvalira. We loved the stay and would definitely return.

For a ski holiday, you don't need much more than this. It's a two star hotel in an amazing location, with a reasonable price, clean rooms, ski rentals included, and a fault breakfast included. The rooms were comfortable, though tight. Overall, it suited us well.

The staff were friendly, but practically nothing could be sorted out. Our room wasn’t the one we had booked, and there was no compensation. Even having a drink and playing cards in the restaurant with family wasn’t allowed, which really showed how little space there was to relax in the evening. The room itself was clean, though very cramped, and several small things were broken: the sink was blocked, the bathroom ventilation didn’t work, and the bath leaked. The evening buffet was the worst I’ve ever had. We don’t expect luxury for a reasonable price, but this place felt like a joke. We wouldn’t recommend it and won’t return, especially with so many better options around.

This was a good experience and I’d recommend it. The hotel is close to the square where buses from BCN stop, and it’s also near the ski station. We booked our ski passes and equipment rental through the hotel, and everything worked perfectly. Breakfast had fresh fruit, bread, croissants, coffee, natural juice and more. The room was simple but clean and perfectly fine. Staff were helpful, and the price was fair for what we received. It could get a little noisy depending on the other guests, but that can happen anywhere.
