Although we left the apartment spotless, €35 was deducted from the deposit because we hadn't taken out one trash bag. This rule was never explained or clearly displayed. The lack of transparency suggests more about the accommodation than its photos do. I won't return or recommend it.

⭐️ Google Review, Confort Sky, MAJOR ALERT This was an extremely serious and damaging experience. The properties were rented intensively, while the owners received very low incomes and remained responsible for all expenses. There are documented concerns about transactions that resulted in sellers failing to declare capital gains, along with the fragmentation and manipulation of investment funds, without transparency or consistency with the actual transactions. In a particularly serious material incident, a studio apartment was completely emptied during a court-ordered key handover. Two lawyers, in Andorra and France, are investigating, and complaints have been filed. Properties are still being offered for sale, so exercise maximum vigilance.

The apartments were spacious, modern, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed. Everything was carefully maintained, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. What stood out most was the warm welcome. From the moment we arrived, the staff were attentive, patient, cheerful, and genuinely willing to help. They explained things kindly and made us feel at home. You can tell they care about the guest experience. We'd absolutely come back, 100% recommended.

I spent a week at Victor's place with colleagues, and it worked out really well. The apartment was spacious, clean, and reasonably priced. Thank you.
