This is the worst hotel in Andorra. The staff were extremely unfriendly, there was no hot water, and there was nobody to speak to. Everything felt old and heavily used, with no sound insulation, so we could hear everything from the neighbors. There was no WiFi in the rooms, only at reception. They also wrote credit card details by hand on paper. It feels like a data leak waiting to happen. Avoid this place. It isn’t worth staying even if it’s free.

The location is ideal for students looking for cheap accommodation near the village and ski lifts. Unfortunately, the rooms weren’t very clean, the dishwasher was broken and smelly, and the bathroom stayed damp.
