The location is the biggest advantage. It's under a five-minute walk from the shopping area, while being just far enough away that it isn't busy, and Caldea Spa is about five minutes away too. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with friendly staff and parking. It was also easy to reach the ski resorts. A great hotel for the price.

The shower pressure was good, the bed was soft, and the outlets were conveniently beside the head of the bed. The rate was affordable for one night, although outside factors mean I can't really give a fair overall assessment. None of the staff spoke English. The parking was full, so I couldn't use it even though it was supposed to be included, and the window had no view.

I liked the clean, pleasant rooms, and the breakfast was good. Service was decent as well. I also had a very good experience at Hotel Espel in Andorra, and I really enjoy walking to places such as Andorra la Vella.

10/10
The hotel is in a quiet area, yet the center and main attractions are within walking distance. The staff were polite and respectful, gave us lots of information about the stay, and were ready to deal with any complaint. Our room and bathroom were very clean, and the room had a lovely view of the mountains in the distance. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Parking was free over the weekend. We had a very good stay in Andorra, especially considering the price-quality ratio.

Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in the city, about a 20-minute drive from El Tarter, with a very good location overall. The public parking right outside was convenient and not too expensive. The hotel's private parking, however, is extremely narrow for larger cars.
