The restaurant service was great and the food was good. We chose half board with breakfast and dinner, and although there weren't many vegetarian options, the staff were very considerate and prepared a special meal for us. We really appreciated that. Our triple room was basic but neat and tidy, with only the bare minimum amenities in the room and bathroom, so we expected more from a 4 star hotel. We did like that it was a little away from the city centre's bustle, and enjoyed the short walks. Overall, it was a good stay.

The location is great and the breakfast was nice and well served, but this is NOT a 4 stars hotel. The property is poorly maintained and the bath looks horrible. My room was directly under the kitchen, so I could hear all the noise from above throughout the day. You pay for a 4 stars hotel but actually get 3 or less. For a little bit more, you could get a better hotel.

The breakfast was great, and the pool and spa seemed nice. We got a good deal, though the room probably helped justify that price. I wouldn't recommend choosing a room on the road side because of the noise. For the deal we had, it was good value.

The rooms are comfortable, and there's a sauna and pool on the rooftop with a nice view from the terrace. The price for the service is really good. Parking is the one thing I didn't like. It's very difficult for inexperienced drivers, and with an SUV or bigger car you're most certainly likely to scratch it.

The location was the strongest part, especially for anyone visiting Caldea, which is about an 11-minute walk away. The rooms and appliances felt more like four-star quality because the hotel looked somewhat worn, and every bed was a twin. Service was cold and unpleasant. At the bar, the two bartenders laughed at us, and the male server acted as if he were being friendly while actually mocking us. For a four-star hotel in a place that depends on tourists, that was a real shame. After this experience, I wouldn't return or recommend it.
