The accommodation was warm and clean, with a good-sized bathroom, a pleasant bath, some toiletries, and friendly, helpful staff. It’s also close to the hire shop, mountain lift, restaurants, supermarket, and equipment storage. Parking was not mentioned as a problem. For four people, though, the layout didn’t work well. We had one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area, so the room felt cramped and the teenagers had to sleep on thin, uncomfortable mattresses. Two bedrooms and a separate living space would have been much better. The kitchen had enough crockery, cutlery, basic utensils, a couple of saucepans, and a frying pan, but self-catering was limited. There was only one oven tray and no shelves, although staff supplied another tray. Cleaning supplies were available and replenished halfway through the week. Roadside rooms were noisy even with the windows closed, from traffic, bin men, and people coming home from parties. On New Year’s Eve it continued until at least 4 or 5 am, and on other nights until 2 or 3 am. We couldn’t change rooms because the accommodation was full. I wouldn’t choose it again for a family during ski season, though it might suit two people. Next time we’ll book a hotel with two rooms. We still had a good stay, but our family has outgrown a one-bedroom apartment.

The location made this ski trip especially easy, with the gondola only about 60 yards away, a ski hire shop, basement ski lockers, and a supermarket beneath the apartments. The apartments are large, warm, cosy, and supplied with everything we needed, including a huge bathroom. They’re right in the centre of the village near pubs and restaurants. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout. We’ve just got home from a fabulous holiday in Arinsal, Andorra, and are already planning to return next year. 10/10.

We stayed in an apartment for six adults and two infants, and it was more than suitable for all of us. The staff were very helpful, with everything we needed close by in the centre of Arinsal. There’s a small supermarket underneath the apartments and underground parking available.

The apartment was bigger than we expected and stayed warm throughout our week of skiing. It was set up for self-catering, with everything we needed, and the gondola, supermarket, pub, and other amenities were all close. Saturday night was a little noisy because of the Irish pub, but that’s probably the trade-off for being so near everything. We’d stay here again.

There’s plenty of space, and the kitchen works well for self-catering, with a microwave, oven, and two hobs. The beds are okay and the bathrooms are good. The staff were the best part, very accommodating and easy to deal with.
