The Blackpine Hotel

Blackpine Hotel Andorra feels genuinely distinctive, from the restaurant and bar to the carefully maintained rooms. Everything was spotless and designed with a lot of attention to detail, while the food and drinks were exceptional. From the beginning, the staff made us feel welcome through their warmth, professionalism, and sincere friendliness. As a proud member of Small Luxury Hotels, it delivered a one-of-a-kind experience and absolutely felt like a deserving 5-star destination. Highly recommended.

Nicholas at the front desk made the biggest impression, always warm and helpful. The rest of the team were excellent too. We arrived with a car, and they returned it within seconds whenever we asked. We also received a pleasant upgrade at check-in, and the small breakfast cafe beside reception was excellent. For first-time visitors, I think Andorra's magic is outside the main city, in the small towns between the beautiful peaks. The drive to Mirador del Roc Del Quer is breathtaking, and the viewpoint is magical. It costs only $6 Euros. Thanks to Nicholas and everyone at The Blackpine Hotel for a seamless stay.

We were looked after from the moment Laura greeted us at reception and showed us the room. She upgraded us to a larger room, arranged an hour in the sauna/spa, and sent a bottle of Secco up to us. Julio took care of every question and request and made sure we were comfortable. On our final day, Eugenia prepared a fantastic meal, with exquisite skills and savory food. This was one of the best hotels we've stayed in.

The hotel's design is fabulous, very modern and high-end while still understated and classy. The staff match it perfectly, an incredibly kind and helpful team. Breakfast was fantastic, with tons of variety. The location on the main square is ideal too, with lots of good restaurants within walking distance, including places beyond the touristy options, plus all the shops.
