The main advantage is the location. I’ve stayed here twice for skiing, and based on my research it’s the best-located apartment option in Soldeu and across Grandvalira for a ski base. The lift is unusually close and fairly flat, while services and nightlife are all around, including the noise. We had a spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. Other places may have interiors that feel nicer, cosier, or more luxurious.

Our ski holiday in Soldeu was fantastic, and this apartment was a big part of that. The ski lifts are directly across the street, with shops and restaurants close by too. There are three bedrooms, a large living room, and two bathrooms, so it’s roomy enough for six or more people. The owner communicated quickly and smoothly throughout. Highly recommended.

The owners are very friendly and easy to reach, and the apartment itself is spacious and clean, with a large kitchen stocked for six people. The bedding is fairly standard for a rental. Its position beside the ski lift is excellent, but nighttime noise was a serious issue during our three nights in early December. People drinking on the terrace of the bar directly opposite stayed outside until well after 3am, and even my earplugs didn’t block it. I’m admittedly a light sleeper, so these apartments suit heavy sleepers or people planning to enjoy the Soldeu party scene.
