Reception staff were fantastic, and for the price the place offers enough for sleeping and showering. It is old and run-down, with only basic cleanliness and hair left on the floor, but I found it warm and more luxurious than what I'm used to in a campervan. Picky guests will probably hate it, but you can't expect more at this price. Pay double somewhere else if you want that.

We were put in a fifth-floor apartment even though the elevator was broken. Then I found a pile of dog poop on the stairs that looked as if it had been there for several days. People can be inconsiderate, but it's deplorable that the apartment staff apparently didn't notice or clean it. I reported both problems and was completely ignored. I wonder whether it was still there waiting for someone to remove it when I left.

They advertise the room for four, but there are only 2 beds and a sofa bed that barely accommodates two adults. The kitchen has almost no utensils, and cooking means practically working from the bed. With three chairs and a stool, plus almost nowhere to put skis, the whole arrangement was a disaster.
