The apartment itself was reasonably nice and the kitchen was well equipped, but the arrival experience was difficult and the unit was not very clean. The bedsheets seemed not to have been cleaned or changed before we arrived. We completed online check-in because my friend and I were arriving late after a long roadtrip. At around 10:30pm, reception was already closed, since it ends at 19:00. We found the keys and the apartment, but had no way to reserve or access parking. Reaching the unit meant climbing a very steep hill and about 3 flights of stairs. Without parking, we had to repeat this with our luggage, including after leaving the car in the public parking lot. Even with access to the apartment's parking lot, luggage would still need to be carried up at least one flight because the elevator doesn’t reach all the apartment buildings. This may be unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues or lots of luggage. When I called the emergency number about parking at around 11pm, the response felt harsh because of the hour. We were told hotel parking couldn’t be accessed outside the very limited reception hours, so arriving after 7pm is a serious issue.
