The rooms were comfortably large and felt worthwhile for every penny spent. Breakfast was simple but did the job. The downside was having to drive to Andorra La Vella city centre.

Isabel, the manager, is a terrible host. She isn't friendly and doesn't seem to care about the guests' wellbeing, although everyone else is very nice.

The location is great and the rooms are nice, but breakfast was cleared away half an hour early while we were clearly still sitting there eating. That was pretty strange. The pet fee was also quite high.

10/10
The rooms are exceptionally clean and massive by European standards. Even though the hotel is older, it's in mint condition, and the rushing river is right nearby. The elderly lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, with customer service that went above and beyond. She's a keeper, what a wonderful person. Thanks to this stay in Andorra, this is now one of my favorite hotel chains.

The staff were very friendly, and the river is nearby. An amazing hotel.
