The location is central and fine, and the rooms themselves are acceptable, though they don't look like the pictures on Booking. The real problem was cleanliness. There was black hair throughout the room, even on the sheets, when we checked in. The next day, the bed was made and the towels changed, but the floor was still dirty and covered in hair, as if nobody had touched or hoovered it. Paying 240€ a night for that level of service was disappointing. Breakfast cost 10€ per person and was cold and very basic, so I wouldn't recommend it.

Most of the rooms are interior, making them feel like a "bunker," but there is no indication of this on the hotel website or Booking.com. The breakfast was awful, so for a one or two night booking, I'd suggest leaving it out and eating at a nearby bar or restaurant instead.

The price was good and the location was perfect. Anis at reception was especially friendly and helpful. The room isn't large, but it was sufficient. Both windows looked onto the hotel's shaft, so there was no view, which was the only real negative. Breakfast could also be somewhat better.

The room was too small for ski clothes, with no shelves, a tiny wardrobe, and a tiny shower room. We chose hotel Marfani because its website clearly showed ski room storage, but there was none, which caused us a problem. Breakfast cost 8 euros per person and was only a cold buffet. The staff couldn't give useful directions to the ski slopes, despite claiming to offer a ticketing service, which they don't. The shopping mall has a ticket desk on the 1st floor and vending machines for slope tickets. For parking, check in first, then use the nearby underground car park P 13 COBERT. The hotel will give you a token and instructions, but those didn't work for us. It was approximately 14 euros per day in Dec 2024. Also check whether your phone company will roam in Andora. Ours didn't, so Google and Waze Directions were unavailable.
