Sitara Hotel Apartment L.l.c

We stayed in the apartment for three months, and the staff made us feel like family, not guests. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and the value for money was worth it. We’ll surely keep coming back. The apartment was beautifully decorated and quiet, in a central location near a major grocery store and pharmacy. Housekeeping was thorough and consistent, and the team were friendly and helpful with requests. The front desk service was prompt but unobtrusive, with a good balance of privacy and availability. Special thanks to Aubrey and Baseem for helping us with our needs, and to all the housekeeping boys. Thank you so, so much. Love you all!

Sitara Hotel Apartments in Oud Metha felt like home, and the whole team felt like family. My wife, our two-year-old son, and I stayed in a studio, and we’d happily come back. The staff made the visit: Mr. Kishore and Mr. Prasad at reception were professional, friendly, attentive, and even helped with a late checkout. Mr. Navraj, Mr. Mohammad Moin, and Mr. Noushad kept the apartment spotless, and Navraj was always smiling and checking whether we needed anything. Khalid in the restaurant was warm, polite, and attentive to my wife and son at breakfast, accommodating our dietary needs. Mr. Narayan and Ms. Sumandeep on security greeted us warmly each day, helped us feel safe, and kindly interacted with our son. The studio exceeded our expectations. Its open layout felt airy and spacious, with a comfortable, generously sized living room, a large TV set up with streaming apps, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom was spacious and had his and her sinks. The building looks modest from outside, but inside it was impressive, among the best hotel apartments I’ve experienced. Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and pharmacies are all within walking distance, which was especially convenient with a young child.

After we checked out, my wife realized she’d left her phone in the room. The team contacted us right away and made sure it was returned safely. We really appreciated their honesty and care. The hotel apartments were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with friendly, professional staff and excellent communication throughout our stay. Great location too. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely stay again.

It’s close to the Metro, and the meals are great for both taste and price. The staff are amazing and friendly. Security were engaging and fun to banter with, and reception were helpful too. I’d absolutely stay again!
