The houses come with different package levels, and the interiors are excellent. The service is good as well. I’d ask the admin to consider offering discounts to people who are new to UAE, since newcomers often face a lot of budget pressure.

Abu Dhabi Plaza Hotel Apartments feels genuinely comfortable for both short visits and longer stays. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and equipped with what you need. Housekeeping is excellent, and the front desk team deserves particular credit for being professional. Everyone was polite, helpful, and ready to assist with a smile. The location is close to everything while still feeling calm, so this place never disappointed us.

The place smelled bad, we found cockroaches, and the bathroom flooded. These issues were reported to you several times. Your standard marketing-based reply doesn’t address them and wasn’t helpful.

I’m enjoying my stay here. The hotel apartment is a good option for this price, especially with restaurants, malls, shopping centers, and other amenities all within walking distance. It’s in a busy but very strategic area, which makes getting around convenient.
