Safety and security were excellent throughout my six-month stay at Almanzel Hotel Apartments in Abu Dhabi, which gave me real peace of mind. The property was impeccably clean, and the reception team remained welcoming and professional from beginning to end. Service was consistently top-notch. Catherine, the manager, deserves special mention. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests clearly showed in the quality of the service. I highly recommend this place and its great team.

The location is good and the cleanliness was also good, but the stay doesn't feel worth the price. The old furniture and outdated TV make the room seem overpriced for the standard offered. Valet parking was another problem. Since the garage is about 15 minutes away and off-site, getting the car took at least 15 to 20 minutes whenever I requested it. That's frustrating when you're in a hurry.

The hotel is OK, but the rooms and furnishings are no longer new. I stayed in several rooms. One was a large single room with one bathroom, while the others had a separate bedroom and two bathrooms, and I preferred that second layout. Both types included a kitchen. Breakfast was acceptable but nothing special. The rooftop pool looked less appealing in person than it did in the website and Google Maps photos.

The place was clean and my stay was comfortable, with everything running smoothly. Ashish was a big part of that experience. He was friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with, and his attitude really made a difference. Thanks again for the hospitality.

Al Manzel made my last day in UAE genuinely meaningful. The service was better than what I've received at some 5-star hotels in Abu Dhabi. The Bellman who helped us around 12pm on 29 April was the best Bellman ever in Abu Dhabi 💕
