The room looked spacious and nicely furnished, so the first impression was good. After that, though, the problems became clear. Communication was difficult at times, with both English and Arabic causing issues, and the service was effectively absent. Staff would confirm requests but then fail to follow through. I asked seven times over six hours for a baby cot, and nobody ever got back to me. At 9pm I was finally told that none were available, when it was too late to make another arrangement. Cedrick at reception was particularly responsible for this. Housekeeping was impossible to reach, and the front desk only answered after repeated calls. You pay for a service you don't receive, and that can ruin a vacation. I strongly advise against staying here.

The studios are a comfortable option for a business stay if you're working in capital center. The possibility of extending the stay with a late checkout made things even easier. Fahad deserves a shout-out for showing us around and helping with everything. I'd definitely consider this place again for work around capital center or ADNEC.

After more than three months at Capital suites, this place feels like home. Everyone has been welcoming, and we've been very comfortable. I want to thank the whole team across every department, especially the people I got to know. TIMAL from valet parking was kind and approachable. Even when busy and rushing, he would still insist on parking our car. The housekeeping team also deserves thanks, especially SHEHANNA, who always answered in a happy voice and was willing to help with whatever we needed. Salamat ATE. At BREAD HEAD-Restaurant, I became known as the garlic lady because I always asked for garlic sauce at lunch and dinner buffets. STALIN has been exceptionally friendly and easy to talk to, and often gave us what we needed before we asked. NIKESH always greeted us with a smile, even from far away. MIKIYAS regularly asked how our day was and how we felt, and did his best to provide whatever we needed, even when it wasn't on the menu. AUNG always made heart art in my coffee, which made it feel special. NICOLAS was warm and approachable, and once started preparing my garlic sauce before I had even asked. Thank you again to everyone, including the BREAD HEAD members whose names I don't know. You are all amazing, and I'm grateful I had the chance to spend time with you. We appreciate everything you do. Keep up the good work.

The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere, and my room was clean and comfortable. Everyone I met was friendly, professional, and willing to help. Ali at reception deserves special thanks. He was welcoming, handled everything smoothly, and made check-in easy and stress-free. His positive attitude really stood out. I'd happily stay here again and recommend the hotel.

I used to come to breadhead as a walk-in guest for 3 weeks, and I made a nice friendship with ms,Julie. The restaurant gave me a very good experience. The staff are welcoming, especially stalin, who has been really kind to me from the beginning until now. nikesh is also very good and welcoming.
