The staff’s response made an already frustrating situation worse. They were rude and offered no help, apology, compensation, or sense of responsibility. We had booked four bedrooms ahead of time, but on arrival were told only three were available, with no warning. It caused a lot of trouble for our group. Clear communication and care matter in hospitality, and this fell far short. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, and I won’t come back.

Having a washing machine in the apartment came in handy with the kids. The place was great, and the staff were really nice too.

The team were so welcoming and helpful, especially Ronnie, who deserves a particular thank you. We spent four days at the Blue Beach tower in a spacious three bed apartment. The beds were comfortable, and they brought water every day. It’s well placed for the beach, with plenty of nice shops and restaurants nearby.

The location at Blue Beach Tower made getting around so convenient, and we had a lovely week there with my family. Von from Philippines really stood out. She made us feel at home as soon as we arrived, was warm and friendly, and suggested some good places to eat nearby. Her genuine care and hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable.

Rodney, one of the staff at the blue beach, was incredibly helpful and made my family and me feel welcome. He’s a big reason I’d come back, and I’m grateful for him. The rooms were kept very clean, the views were amazing, and everyone showed us so much love. I loved our stay. Thank you again blue beach.
